Tactile Grip
is a 4mm pre-manufactured GRP Tile incorporating raised profiles
to warn people when they are approaching changes in elevations.
Such as, railway platforms, pedestrian crossings, start of ramped
areas and many other tactile paving areas.
Available in
blister and corduroy patterns, both incorporate aluminium oxide
in
to the top for increased wear and slip resistance. The Tactile
Paving product can be fixed to existing surfaces without the
need for time consuming and costly excavation. Tactile Grip
is supplied in 400mm x 400mm standard tiles
and is ideal for new Disability Discrimination Act legislation
and current Building Regulation requirements.
