• Removable retention tank in PVC at each level (30 mm high).
• Independent compartments for acid and alkaline storage (except RB1 model).

5) Anti - Corrosive Cabinets

Anti - Corrosive cabinet especially designed for storage in laboratories.

• Separate compartments for acid and alkaline storage .
• Built entirely in white cellular PVC .

This cabinet is also available without fan. You can also store toxic instead of base (toxic compartment is similar to base compartment and have 2 connecting piece Ø 100 mm with fusible link valve at 60°C on high and low vents).

7) Multi-risk Cabinet

Suitable for smaller laboratories or where space is limited this multi risk cabinet offers the ability   to store different chemical families in one cabinet. There are 4 separate lockable compartments for flammables,toxics, bases and acids.

  
High quality Cabinets with high levels of Fire Protection in accordance with the new European Safety Standard EN 14470-1(replaces DIN 12925-1).
Gives you the ability to separate the chemicals family products.
Storage in 4 separate compartments with ventilation arranged by a central exhaust system connected to all 4 units via Ø100 air inlet and outlet connections centrally on the cabinet roof.

FLAMMABLES COMPARTMENT

• Double wall construction: Outer housing made of sheet steel; Inner body made of H.P.L-coated sheet (High pressure laminated)
• Thermal insulation panel between the walls avoiding thermal bridges.
• High quality Epoxy coating RAL 9010.
• Markings as per EN 14470-1.
• Earthing link .
• Air inlet and outlet channel in rear panel. Easy connection on the roof of the cabinet Ø 100mm (labelled as exhaust channel).
• In case of fire, a thermofuse automatically seals off the ventilation system.
• Thermoexpanding seals of the door allow keeping the internal body fireproof.
• Locking door with cylinder lock.
• Self-closing door with possibility to keep the door open. If the temperature rises to 50°C, a fuse link closes the door automatically.
• Equipped with 3 adjustable retention shelves and 1 removable base trough on the bottom.

TOXICS, BASES AND ACIDS COMPARTMENTS

• Built in Cellular PVC.
• White colour.
• Labelling “Toxics”, “Bases” and “Acids”.
• High and low vent inside the compartment.
• Single glazed door with key locking.
• Equipped with one base trough.
• Acids compartment is equipped with two drawers, strong construction with removable plastic sumps and one base trough.
